Franklinton High School Students of the Month for August are, from left: Hannah Adams, ninth grade; Major McElveen, 10th grade; Johnathan Crain, 11th grade; and Arkeem Buckhanan, 12th grade. The students, who each exemplified personal responsibility in developing excellence (PRIDE), were nominated by their teachers, with the final selection of one from each grade made by the PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Support) team. Winners receive a school concession stand pass, a sporting event pass and a Demon Pride T-shirt.
