MORRIS

Donald Ray Morris, 74, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, at Forest Manor Nursing Home in Covington. Born Nov. 3, 1938, he attended Mt. Pleasant Church in Bogalusa.

He is survived by his niece, Kelly (Mark) Varisco of Covington; a nephew, William Todd Morris, and a sister-in-law, Irene C. Morris, both of Bogalusa; and many other family members and friends.                                                                                              

His parents, Kennit Carol and Cecil Golda Morris, and a brother, Billy Carroll, preceded him in death.

Visitation and religious services will be held Friday, Aug. 30 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until service time at noon, with the Rev. Chris Fryou officiating. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens.
