STOKER

Dana Michelle Stoker, 41, passed away Monday, Aug. 5, 2013, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, after a lengthy illness. Dana, who was also known as “Dana Bug,” was born on Jan. 22, 1972, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Bogalusa

She is survived by her mother, Shirley Robbins Stoker of Bogalusa; her father, Gary (Robin) Stoker of New Hebron, Miss.; a daughter, Kristian Stoker of Angie; a sister, Staci Stoker (Ronnie) Walker of Angie; one grandchild; an aunt and uncle, Bobbie and Gus Magee of Angie; three beloved nephews, Austin and Alex Stogner and James Walker; one niece, Brooke Applewhite; and numerous family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Craston and Ruby Robbins; her paternal grandparents, Forrest and Ollie Mae Stoker; and a brother-in-law, Stacy Stogner.

Dana was greatly loved and will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Aug. 7 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m., and will resume on Thursday from 8 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Mike Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Seal Cemetery in Varnado.
