Melissa Suzette Diaz, 30, passed away Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013, at her residence in Bogalusa.

She is survived by her son, Nicholas David Diaz of Bogalusa; three daughters, Kellie Savanna Diaz of Bogalusa, Emma Diaz of Picayune, Miss. and Lily Diaz of Lake Charles; her mother, Marian Slade of Bogalusa; her father, Alex Diaz of Falfurrias, Texas; and her sisters, Jennifer Lea Diaz of Pearl River and Aleisha Alexandria Landry of Bay St. Louis, Miss. She is also survived by her fiancé, Brad Jones of Bogalusa.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Aug. 7 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home from 4 p.m. until time for services in the chapel at 5 p.m. Burial will follow in Ponemah Cemetery.
