ROUSSELL

Betty Bellue Roussell, 81, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at LSU Bogalusa Medical Center. She was a resident of Bogalusa and member of Annunciation Catholic Church. She is survived by a daughter, Raven Roussell of Tennessee; three sons, James “Jimmie” (Kiku) Roussell Jr., of Manchester, Tenn., Michael “Mickey” (Sandra) Russell of Beach Grove, Tenn., and David Sidney Roussell of Ponchatoula; two brothers, Don Bellue of Baton Rouge and Bennie Bellue of Monroe; two sisters, Naomi Rawls and Carline Jenkins, both of Bogalusa; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces nephews.

Her husband, James A. “Jimmy” Roussell, and her parents, Carl and Maggie Bellue, preceded her in death.

Visitation was held Sunday, July 7 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. Visitation continued on Monday from 9 a.m. until time for services at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial followed in Hillview Memorial Gardens.
