LOTT

Gerald E. Lott, 69, passed away Monday, June 3, 2013, at Lakeview Regional Hospital.

He was born Oct. 1, 1943, in Isabel, and his hobbies were hunting and fishing and just being in the outdoors. He had attended church at Isabel Baptist Church.

He is survived by a son, Gerald E. Lott Jr. of Bogalusa; stepson, Steven Herring of Bogalusa; a daughter, Lorretta Grimes of Bay St. Louis, Miss.; two stepdaughters, Amy Herring and Michelle Herring, both of Bogalusa; three brothers, Marion W. Lott and Charles “Chubby” Lott, both of Sun, and David Graves of Angie; five grandchildren; two step grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

His parents, Robert Wilton and Melba Reviere Lott, and two sisters, Lavedda Bush and Ruby Bonnett, preceded him in death.

Visitation was held Wednesday, June 5 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home from 5-10 p.m. Visitation resumed on Thursday from 8 a.m. until time for the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Ed Jenkins and the Rev. Butch Reviere conducting the services. Cremation will follow.
