At a regular staff meeting held on May 8, the Washington Parish Library recognized individuals for their longevity of service, contributions made to the system and service to the community.

Presented with certificates of appreciation were Bobbie Jones, with 35 years of service; Emmett Guy, with 25 years of service; and Etta Magee and Sylvia Ledet, each with 20 years of service. Of special note is Rebecca Dugas, who was instrumental in the reopening of the Enon Branch Library. �
