Ladies from the Magic City Garden Council met recently with Mayor Mizell to present him with a spring wreath to be hung at City Hall. Presenting the wreath were Pris Sampson, Margaret Ryals, Alice Penny, Linda Pope, JoAnne Polk, Vaiden Barlow, Barbara Lott, Nelda Woodward, Alice Rushing, Rita Clayton, Billie Sue Alford, Edie Montgomery, Rosemary Earles  and Gloria Fortenberry.
