Pub Nite to benefit homeless animals

The St Tammany Animal Resource Team will host a “Pub Nite” from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, April 14 at Ruby’s Roadhouse in Mandeville as a benefit to help homeless animals get veterinary care, spayed or neutered, and to find forever homes.

The event will include live music, food, raffles and an auction. Austin Sicard and the Medics will perform from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and those who will provide food include Coffee Rani, Acapulco Raul’s, Voodoo Bar-b-Que and Cupcake Concepts.

Tickets are $15 and may be purchased in advance by emailing: startcares@hotmail.comor by visiting the St. Tammany Animal Resource Team Facebook page and following the link to www.startfosters.com .

Tickets will also be sold at the Covington Petsmart on Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m. and at Ruby’s Roadhouse on Saturday nights from 8 p.m. to11 p.m. Advance sale tickets will be placed in a drawing for a special prize. Tickets will also be available at the door, space permitting.

Ruby’s is located on the corner of Lamarque Street and Louisiana Highway 190 in Mandeville.
