ROBINSON

Albert Robinson Sr., 62, a resident of Angie, departed this life Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at LSU Bogalusa Medical Center. He was born May 30, 1949.

He leaves to cherish his memories, five sons, Brian Mingo of State Line, Miss., Albert Jr. (Kyla) Robinson of Norfolk, Va., Terrance (Deidra) Robinson, Gregory (Tosha) Robinson and Bobby Matthews, all of Angie; two daughters, Deneen Matthews and Carla Matthews, both of Bogalusa; one brother, Charles (Marie) Robinson of Angie; two sisters Delores R. Myres of Angie and Doretha Smith of Jacksonville, Fla.; one aunt, Edith Roberts of Angie; 30 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a special friend, Weddie “Pitt” Brister of Angie; and a host of other relatives and friends .

He was preceded in death by his father, Craft Robinson, his mother, Lillie Harry Robinson, and one brother, Craft Robinson Jr.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 22, at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, from 2-6 p.m., followed by a family hour from 6-7 p.m.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Holy Temple Church of God in Christ in Varnado, with Supt Leslie Fields Jr., pastor, officiating.
