Railey Marie Bickham Peters, 56, departed this life Saturday, March 9, 2013, at her residence in Kenner.

She is survived by two sons, Derrick (Joan) Bickham of Staten Island, N.Y., and Terrance Washington of Florence, Ariz.; her mother, Christella Bickham James of Bogalusa; two brothers, Calvin (Robin) Bickham of Covington and Larry Bickham of Bogalusa; one sister, Dorothy Maye of Bogalusa; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Her father, Marvin Bickham Sr., and two brothers, Marvin Bickham Jr. and Billy Wayne Bickham, preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 19 at Crain & Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa from 2-6 p.m., followed by a family hour from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Sweet Beulah Baptist Church, 1408 N. Roosevelt St. in Bogalusa, with the Rev. James Magee, pastor, and the Rev. Calvin Moses, youth minister, officiating. Interment will follow in Bogalusa Cemetery.
