Joe Lee Fox passed away at the age of 77 on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at her home in Mt. Hermon.

She leaves to cherish her memories eight children, Oliver (Ethel) Magee of Mt. Hermon, Jerry Lee Fox Sr. (Amy Witt Fox) of Mt. Hermon, Jerry Dean (Terry) Richard of Bogalusa, Roy Ann Fox of Folsom, Henrettia (Johnny) Harvey of Mt. Hermon, Linda and Michael J. Fox both of Mt. Hermon, Darrick (Frankie) Fox of Hammond; one brother, L.M. James of Mt. Hermon; 41 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and close and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Obie and Beulah Brumfield; brothers, Aswell Brumfield, Obie Brumfeild, Kermit Brumfield, Lucious Brumfield, Otis Brumfield and Oce Brumfield; three sisters, Eloise Marshallk, Lola Ramsey and Erma Hill; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 22 from 2–7 p.m. at Crain & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Franklinton. The funeral service will be held Saturday at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Mt. Hermon at 10:30 a.m., with Rev. George E. Butler, pastor, officiating and Rev. Johnny Causey as eulogist. Interment will be held at Mt. Olive Church Cemetery.
