Ginger Sue Roberts, 61, passed away Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at Louisiana Heart Hospital. Born Aug. 31, 1951, she was a resident of Bogalusa and a member of First Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Carl Bruce Roberts of Bogalusa; one son, Russell Roberts, and one daughter, Miranda Roberts, both of Bogalusa; one brother, Richard Burge of Bogalusa; and a sister, Joann Kerry of Columbia, S.C.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Flora Burge.

Visitation was held Saturday, Jan. 12, at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Sunday from 11 a.m. until time for services in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m., with Rev. Travis Houston officiating. Burial will follow in Ponemah Cemetery.
