Washington Parish President Richard Thomas said all parish offices will be closed Thursday.

Also, according to the Entergy web site, as of just after 4 p.m. Wednesday, 2,545 customers in Washington Parish were without power. The majority of them were clustered in and around Bogalusa where numerous streetlights were out and police officers manned some intersections. Entergy customers in Pine and the Lee’s Creek community were also affected.
