Emile Livingston “Beau-Peep” Maddock

Emile Livingston “Beau-Peep” Maddock, born July 21, 1941 to the late Tyranda M. Maddock and the late Lurline A. Maddock in Bogalusa, died Wednesday, Aug. 15.
He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and brother. A retired U.S. Air Force master sergeant who loved God, his family and mankind, he never met a stranger.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Betty Williams Maddock of California City, Calif.; a daughter, Joyce (Timothy) Austin of California City; a son, Edward (Mae) Maddock of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren, Christopher and Adriana Austin of California City and David and Lonzell Maddock of Seattle, Wash.; a sister, Urthelyn M. Davis of Covington; and a host of loving in-laws, relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, Aug. 22 at Edwards AFB, Chapel No. 1 at 10 a.m. A viewing and funeral service will be held Friday, Aug. 31 at Stickel Mortuary at 9:30 a.m., with a graveside service to follow at 2 p.m. at Bakersfield National Cemetery in Arvin, Calif.
