Thad Wayne Haik, 58, a resident of Bogalusa born Jan. 4, 1954, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2012 at LSU Bogalusa Medical Center.

He is survived by three daughters, Wendy Haik of Wiggins, Miss., Melissa Haik of Bogalusa and Elizabeth “Nikki” Bonura of Bogalusa; one son, Thad Wayne Haik Jr. of Bogalusa; three brothers, Terry Haik of Bogalusa, Espir Haik of Carrier, Miss. and Greg Haik of Bogalusa; one sister, Tammy Ramp of Bogalusa; and seven grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Aug. 22 at 5 p.m. at his residence, 150 Evergreen Road, Bogalusa.
