After making stops in several states, serving in the military and obtaining two college degrees, Bogalusa native Jeffery Reeves has returned home, joining the city’s Care Physical Therapy clinic as a staff physical therapist in May.
“I decided to join Care because they have a great reputation among the community,” he said. “They provide quality care, exceptional customer service, and it’s a friendly environment. What impressed me most about Care is how much they value quality, personalized care for all of their patients.”
After graduating from Bogalusa High School in 1997, Reeves joined the U.S. Marine Corps, serving until 2002. He has lived in North Carolina, Virginia and Pennsylvania and earned both a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a master’s degree in physical therapy at Misericordia University in Dallas, Penn.
Now, he is back in Bogalusa, a place he views as having “a great potential for growth.”
“I decided to move back home because I had been away from my family for about 12 years,” he said. “There are so many things I missed about living here. I’ve lived many different places, but there truly is no place like home.”
Care Physical Therapy’s Bogalusa office is located at 1202 Sunset Drive and can be reached by calling 735-1426.
