Gary Wilson, born June 13, 1951, departed this life Monday, July 28, 2012 in Franklinton.

He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Shawanda E. Wilson of Unetus; one son, Gary Wilson Jr. of Unetus; two brothers, John Wilson of Franklinton and Mourice Wilson of Baton Rouge; four sisters, Onie Wilson Brumfield of Baton Rouge, Priscilla Wilson Edwards of Kenner, Linda Glapion of Franklinton and Patricia Burkhalter of Baton Rouge; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 3 at Crain & Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. The funeral service will be held Saturday at the funeral home at noon, with Eld. Chris Edward officiating. Internment will follow at Wilson Cemetery in Clifton.
