Marie Chas Domino, born Sept. 1, 1925, was called to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton. She was a native and resident of New Orleans for the majority of her life until the last 18 years, when she resided in Nevada.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Emanuel Domino; two devoted daughters, Joann Adams (Jewell) and Charlene Tyer (George); three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death her parents, Jesus and Alice C. Chas, and siblings, Joseph Chas, Frank Chas and Alice Chas (Boudan).

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass Friday, July 27 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Franklinton at 11 a.m., followed by interment at St. Joseph’s Seminary College/Abbey, 75376 River Road, St. Benedict.

Flowers or donations can be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor or St. Joseph’s Abbey.
