The gospel group Chronicle Quartet will be featured at the gospel sing to be held Saturday, July 28 at 7 p.m. at Isabel Baptist Church on Parker Road in Isabel. There is no admission charge, but a love offering will be taken.
The Chronicle Quartet began as a group of friends who loved to sing and who had the same vision to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through song. Members of the group are Greg Sullivan, Glynn Fendlason and Tim Kinchen and his wife, Missy Kinchen. The group members, all of whom have conservative Christian values, sing primarily Southern and country gospel music accompanied by audio tracks, along with a live guitar and saxophone.
All of the group’s members are residents of Louisiana and spread their gospel music throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. Chronicle will travel to Hazelhurst, Livingston, Walker and Ponchatoula, as well as Glendale, Miss., in the weeks after appearing in Isabel. In September, Chronicle will be attending the National Quartet Convention in Louisville, Ky. The group’s bios and complete schedule can be found on its website, www. chroniclegospelgroup.com.
The pastor and members of Isabel Baptist Church invite everyone to attend this special event.
