Jerry Wayne “Worme” Duncan Jr., 36, a resident of Thomas born June 6, 1976, died early Sunday, July 22, 2012 at LSU Bogalusa Medical Center.

He really enjoyed his work as a dairyman.

He is survived by two daughters, Kala Duncan and Laykin Duncan, both of Bogalusa; a son, Gage Duncan of Bogalusa; his mother, Deborah Creel of Thomas; his father, Jerry Wayne Duncan Sr. of Angie; a sister and brother-in-law, Candice and Brad Jones of Thomas; a brother and sister-in-law, Cody and Brenda Lee Creel of Thomas; her grandmothers, Marie Duncan and Peggy Wallace, both of Bogalusa; her grandfather and grandmother, James and Lois Creel of Thomas; and numerous nieces and a nephew.

He was preceded in death by his daddy, Gilbert Ray Creel.

Visitation will be held at Wednesday, July 25 at Crain Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until time for the funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m., with Rev. Denny Brumfield officiating. Burial will follow in Ponemah Cemetery.
