A reception honoring The Daily News Bogalusa Citizen of the Year Bill Nielsen is scheduled for Wednesday, July 11 at Bogalusa Country Club from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Light refreshments will be served.

Nielsen, the owner of Nielsen’s Pharmacy, was recently selected for his honor by a committee of former winners of Citizen of the Year.

The public is invited to attend.
