Sally O’Bryant Nettles, 58, born April 19, 1954 in Bogalusa, passed away Friday, July 6, 2012 at her residence in Bogalusa.

She was member of Emmanual Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Brett (Krystal) Gormanous and Jason Gormanous, both of Bogalusa; two grandchildren, Victoria Gormanous and Heidi Gormanous; one sister, Dorothy Sanders of Baton Rouge; and one brother, Charlie O’Bryant of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Nettles; her parents, Abe O’Bryant and Geneva Crockett O’Bryant; a daughter, Anna Marie Gormanous; a son, Brian Dean Gormanous; and two sisters, Kathy Herbert and Elizabeth Trimble.

Visitation will be held Sunday, July 8 at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until time for the funeral services at 2 p.m., with Rev. Pete Underwood officiating.
