The city of Bogalusa issued a boil water advisory Monday afternoon for residents around Sabine Street and Michigan Street due to a damaged fire hydrant.
If you live in this area, please take the following precautions:
• Boil all water used for drinking, cooking, and brushing teeth for at least one minute.
• Use boiled or bottled water until further notice.
The city’s team is working to fix the issue as quickly as possible and will provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience and cooperation in keeping our community safe.
