On Saturday, April 22, 2023, the Lord, in His infinite wisdom, came forth and received the life of a dear husband, stepfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Michael Edison Magee was born July 4, 1965, to the late Lena Mae Magee and Addison G. Magee. Flick, as he was affectionately called, was humble and kind.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Cynthia Joseph Magee of San Jose, Calif.; three step-children, Aaron (Kelly) Scott of Santa Clara, Calif., Alexander Scott and Arys Scott of Natomas, Calif.; two brothers, Addison Dwayne (Rosalyn) Magee of Geismar, La. and Alex Magee of Bogalusa, La.; three sisters, Jodi (Jason) Washington, Corey (Eddie) Anderson, both of San Jose, Calif., and Juliette Magee Scott of Bogalusa, La.; two aunts, Delores Harry of Bogalusa, La. and Esther N. Taylor of Franklinton, La.; two uncles, William D. Foster, Jr. of Bogalusa, LA and George L. Magee, Sr. of Franklinton, La.; a special cousin, Mark (Joyce) Magee of Hackley, La.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

He was proceeded in death by his mother, Lena Mae Magee; father, Addison G. Magee; maternal grandparents, William D. Foster, Sr. and Doris Foster; paternal grandparents, Delmas Magee and Ruth Magee; uncles, Roosevelt Hawthorne, Edward Magee, and Billy Magee; aunts, Julie Foster and Mary-Delmas Magee Grigsby.
