Bogalusa Branch had their first Lego Club meeting

On April 28, the Bogalusa Branch had their first Lego Club meeting. Mrs. Jennifer had dreamed of this day for over a year, and thanks to the generous donations by Ryan’s Kitchen, Melanie Cherie, and the Kemp Family it has finally come true. Each child made their own superhero from bricks and they are displayed proudly in the display case at the front of the library. Ten children and their ten adults were in attendance. Because there are so many that would like to participate this is a program that requires patrons to be pre registered. Since there has been such an interest, Bogalusa Branch has decided to do two Lego Clubs, a group A and a Group B. If you would like to register for Group B, contact the Bogalusa Branch Library ASAP. Group B will meet this coming Friday May 5 at 4 p.m. Thank yous are also in order to the Friends of the Library for providing snacks.
