After seeing the massive destruction the recent tornados caused in Mississippi, the fifth graders at Northshore Charter School decided to take action by gathering donations for the victims of this natural disaster. Here in south Louisiana, we understand how unpredictable, dangerous and destructive weather can be. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families who were affected by the devastating tornadoes. We hope and pray that they will find some relief in the items this thoughtful group of students worked hard to collect. What a great job paying it forward to these fifth grade students. Big thank you to Ms. Bridget Martin Knight for helping fifth Grade successfully meet their goal.
