Matthew Todd Cotton, age 41, passed away on Feb. 12, 2023, at the University Medical Center in New Orleans, La. He was a life-long resident of Bogalusa, La and an avid sports fan. Todd loved playing and watching sports, especially football.

He was survived by his loving mother: Debra Gerald Cotton and two brothers: Scott Cotton and Christopher Cotton.

Todd was preceded in death by his father: Mr. Houston “Doy” Cotton; maternal grandparents: Frank and Jeanette Gerald; and his paternal grandparents: Houston Perry and Jesse Smith Cotton.

Brown-McGehee Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements. On Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, a visitation will start in the funeral chapel at 4 p.m. and will continue until the time of service at 7 p.m.
