Ms. Donna M. Ellzey, a resident of Bogalusa, La., was born to Winfred and Ina Willene Ellzey on Sept. 15, 1960. On Nov. 18, 2022, our loving mother, daughter and sister earned her wings and was called to the heavens above. Donna was a dedicated member of Harry’s Chapel UMC.
