Ben’s Ford Christian School’s girls basketball team defeated Our Lady Academy out of Bay St. Louis, Miss., 48-38, in the season opener on Nov. 1 on the road.

Abby Descant led the Lady Eagles with 15 points.

Ashlyn Dantin and Noel Martin both posted nine.

Avery Dantin tallied four.

Zoe Houston, Breanna Jones, Gracie Willis, Lacie Branch and Maddie WIllis all had two.

DeLaney Perrette recorded one.

On Friday, Ben’s Ford was topped by Lamar Christian School, 50-40, in the first home game of the season.

Avery Dantin topped the team with 12.

Ashlyn Dantin, Descant and Maddie WIllis all tallied eight.

Gracie Willis and Martin both put up two.

Ben’s Ford Christian School’s next game will be on Nov. 8 against Our Lady Academy at home.
