Both Ben’s Ford and Bowling Green qualified for the high school football playoffs in their respective MAIS classifications.

The Eagles will be travelling to face Porter’s Chapel in the first round of the Class 2A championship bracket on Friday at 7 p.m. Ben’s Ford is the No. 9 seed and Porter’s Chapel is the No. 8 seed. The winner of that game will advance to play at No. 1 Tunica Academy on Friday, Nov. 4.

Bowling Green, the No. 10 seed in the Class 4A championship bracket, will face No. 7 Carroll Academy on the road Friday at 7 p.m. The winner of that game will advance to play at No. 2 St. Joseph-Greenville on Friday, Nov. 4.
