Bogalusa was victorious over John Ehret, 26-12, in Saturday afternoon’s game at Hoss Memtsas Stadium in Harvey.

“I didn’t think we did a good job in any phase,” Bogalusa coach Cyril Crutchfield said. “We had some drives that stalled, we allowed some big plays on defense and we had some mental errors on special teams.”

The win made Bogalusa 3-1 this season, while John Ehret is 0-4.

On Friday, Bogalusa will play its final non-district game of the regular season with a trip to Chalmette.

“They’re going to be fundamentally sound, extremely well coached in all three phases,” Crutchfield said. “On defense, they’re going to be where they’re supposed to be, on offense, they’re going to run their wing-T to perfection and on special teams, they’re going to be solid in the kicking game. We’ve just got to be prepared in all three phases of the game and try to get this ‘W.’”

Chalmette is 2-2 this year after a 36-34 win over Patterson.
