Washington Parish 4-H student John Rushing was one of several students who participated in “Clover College” on the LSU Baton Rouge campus earlier this summer.

One of the activities in the turf management area included learning how to paint the “Mike the Tiger” logo at the center of the LSU practice football field (Rushing is second from the left in that photo).

After the hard work, Rushing also had the opportunity to tour some of the LSU athletic facilities.
