Theodore Moses Jr. departed his life on June 15, 2022 at his residence. He was born on July 21, 1955, to the late Delsie Bickham Moses and Theodore Moses Sr. in Angie.

Theodore received his early spiritual training at Pilgrim’s Rest Missionary Baptist Church and later united with Wesley Ray United Methodist Church.

He graduated from Wesley Ray High School in 1973. He worked for Crown Zellerbach Corporation, now International Paper of Bogalusa, for 44 years.

Theodore leaves to cherish his memories: his loving and devoted wife, Janice Harry Moses; his four children, Fonda Moses of Pflugerville, Texas, Jacqueline Moses, Princess (Raymond) Warren and Theodore Moses III, all of Angie; his five grandchildren, Damion Lewis of Dallas, Texas, Keith Allen Sr., Princeton Warren, Amari Warren and Theodore Moses IV, all of Angie; seven great-grandchildren; his four sisters, Wanda (Clarence) Dickerson of Newark, Del., Ivy Morris, Penny Moses and Mary Moses of Angie; brother-in-law, Oliver Morris of Angie; uncles, aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Theodore was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Moses Sr. and Delsie Bickham Moses; brother, Ray Moses; and sister, Annie Moses Royster.

A drive-through viewing will be Thursday, June 23, at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.

The funeral service will be Friday, June 24, at 11 a.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, with the Rev. A.R Moses officiating, and the Rev. Terrence August presiding. Interment will be at the Moses Cemetery in Angie. Sign the guestbook online at www.crainandsons.com.
