Victory Baptist Church

Victory Baptist Church will have its homecoming on Sunday, June 12, and all are invited. Praise and worship will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the message being preached by Bro. Gary King. At 10:45 a.m., Chronical will bless the church with music. A meal will follow.

Mt. Zion Baptist Church

Mt. Zion Baptist Church, located at 64115 Jones Creek Road in Varnado, will host its annual Vacation Bible School on June 13-17 from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. The theme for VBS 2022 is “Food Truck Party — On a Roll With God.” The theme verse is, “Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread.” At Food Truck Party VBS, the students will enjoy an interactive, energizing, Bible-based good time as they get on a roll with God. St. Paul A.M.E. Church

The St. Paul A.M.E. Church family would like for the public to join in celebrating the church’s annual “Women’s Day Program” on Sunday, June 26, at 3 p.m. The speaker for the event will be Sis. Fachinnia Miller of Union Chapel A.M.E. Church in Kentwood, under the leadership of the Rev. Gary Porter. Come have a good time and hear a word from the Lord.

New Bethel Church

Every week is full of activity at New Bethel Church, located at 737 Ave. F in Bogalusa. Monday at 6:30 p.m. is a Small Group Class on Prayer by Sister Mary. Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. is Wild Ones Youth Night. Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. is a Leadership and Prayer Meeting, and at 6:30 p.m. is Worship and Teaching. Thursday at 6:30 p.m. is Celebrate Recovery. Friday at 6 p.m. is Chosen Movie Night. Saturday at 6 p.m. is Karaoke Night, and Sunday at 11 a.m. is the Sunday Morning Service.

Elizabeth Sullivan Memorial United Methodist Church

E.S.M. United Methodist Church, located at 510 Ave. B in Bogalusa, would like for residents to come and worship with the congregation. Those who are unable to attend in person can follow the service on Facebook — ESM, UMC. Seventh-day Adventist Church

The Bogalusa Seventh-day Adventist Church, located at 19617 Highway 21 North in Bogalusa, welcomes everyone to come worship with us every Saturday. Our Sabbath school begins at 9:40 a.m. and worship service begins at 11 a.m. We have a fellowship meal following our worship service and everyone is invited to stay. The Church of God of Prophecy

Annunciation Catholic Church

Annunciation Catholic Church will be praying the Rosary every Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. in the church. Prior to the recitation of the Rosary, the group will also pray the beautiful Divine Mercy Chaplet. As noted, these prayers will be held in the church, and not the chapel as in the past. Everyone is invited to come and pray the Rosary for peace in the world and for personal intentions.
