Decrease B. Robinson was born Dec. 6, 1960, in Bogalusa, to the late Franklin and Noemer Robertson Bonds. She departed this life on April 29, 2022, at her residence, surrounded by her family and friends.

Decrease married Adam Robinson on Feb. 21, 2003.

Decrease was a loving and caring mother. She enjoyed being around family and friends. She was employed with Bogalusa City School System. Decrease had a passion for what she loved doing especially being around children. She was loved and will be missed by so many people for her smile and sense of humor.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her husband, Adam Robinson, two daughters, Neomia “Shay” Bonds of Bogalusa, and Laquita Wells of Denham Springs; one son, Tresvon Bonds of Houston, Texas; three additional children; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a special niece, Cheiketa (Shannon) Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Noemer and Franklin Bonds; three sisters, Corleatha Bonds, Diana Bonds and Noelmer Bonds; and a brother, Harris Lee.

Visitation will be Thursday May 12, from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home Chapel in Bogalusa. The funeral service will be Friday, May 13, at 11 a.m. at Lee’s Chapel Baptist Church in Tylertown, Miss. The Rev. Raymond Gutter will be officiating, and the Rev. Nolan Robinson will be the eulogist.
