Raiders won 3-of-4 to cap off regular season

On Monday, April 18, Pine defeated Jewel Sumner, 8-2, on the road.

Brandon Sprehe hit a homer, drove in two runs and scored a run.

Clint Miley singled and had three runs batted in.

Trey Knight doubled and drove in two runs.

Ethan Ryals singled and scored two runs.

Luke Spears doubled and drove in a run.

Bryson Thomas and Chase Cooper both singled and scored a run.

Aden Wiggins singled.

Lemaire, Turner Deleon and Connor Caldwell both scored a run.

Winning pitcher Cooper went 4-2/3 innings of relief, allowing one run on one hit with 10 strikeouts and four walks.

Last Wednesday, Pine topped Holden, 11-10, as Wiggins reached on an error that plated Ryals with the winning run.

Pine led 10-4 after six, but Holden scored six runs in the seventh to tie the game before Pine won it in the seventh.

Ryals went 2-for-4 with a double, a triple, four runs scored and two RBIs.

Wiggins doubled and drove in a run.

Cooper doubled and scored two runs.

Miley singled and scored a run.

Lemaire and Knight both singled.

Sprehe scored a run and drove in two, while Thomas, Chris Strahan and Deleon all scored a run.

Pine capped off the regular season with a 7-1 victory over Maurepas.

Cooper was solid on the mound. He went the distance, allowing one run on four hits with 13 strikeouts and two walks.
