Byrd Avenue Primary School presented its “Health Fair” on Wednesday, April 6, in memory of the late Dr. Gerald Berenson.

Students were able to learn about eating healthy and unhealthy foods. The P.E./health teacher, Mrs. Sandra Lusk, used roleplay to show how students should act in a restaurant.

A special thanks is expressed to Mrs. Jennifer Eskue, Revive Nutrition owner. Students in Ms. Shelia Cook’s classroom enjoyed a nutrition healthy tea from Revive. The school administration extends a thank you to Lusk for orchestrating this educational program for the BAPS students.
