Bogalusa’s Lady Jacks were defeated by Independence and Science Academy in games that were held at the Bogalusa Sports Complex on Avenue B on Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesday’s game was a 24-3 loss to Independence.

Ray Diamond singled twice and scored a run.

De’Shunti Robinson singled and scored a run.

Skyler Keys scored a run.

On Thursday, Bogalusa was defeated by Science Academy, 28-11.

Diamond singled three times, doubled once and scored a run.

McKinley Phillips homered, singled twice and scored three runs.

Mariah Myles homered and scored two runs.

Jamya Hooper singled.

Michelle Owens singled and scored a run.

Robinson walked four times and scored two runs.

Lia Norman, Akeelah Bell and Keigan Powell all scored a run.

Shavonta Sims recorded a sacrifice fly.

Bogalusa’s next game will be held on Monday against Salmen on the road.
