John Nolan Granger was born Sept. 13, 1937, in Bogalusa. He passed from this life on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022.

Cherishing a life of memories and love are his wife of 62 years, Bettye; two daughters, Robyn (Craig) Howard and Tiffinee (Robert) Magee; five grandchildren, Bradley and Bria Cameron, Zyon, Kanen and Addison Magee; four brothers, George Price Jr., Charles Price, Larry Price and Frank (Cassandra) Price; one sister-in-law, Juanita Watts; a “special” nephew, Kenneth Watts; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jessie Hall Price; stepfather, George Price Sr., and his birth father, William Granger; sisters, Yvonne Granger and Joyce Price Lambert; and brother, Perry Price.

Drive-through viewing will be 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Thursday, March 3, at Crain and Sons Funeral Home, located at 809 E Third St. in Bogalusa.

Funeral services for John Granger will be Friday, March 4, at 1 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home.
