Mrs. Barbara Knight Thomas, a resident of Bush, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022, in Slidell, at the age of 75.

Mrs. Barbara is survived by her husband, Michael Thomas of Bush; a son, David Thomas of Bush; a daughter, Angie (Kenneth) Stuart of Hattiesburg, Miss.; a brother, Ervin Caves of Magee, Miss.; a granddaughter, Kenna Stuart of Hattiesburg; and two grandsons, Zachary Thomas of Bush, and Zane Thomas of Norfolk, Va.

Mrs. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Knight and Callie Carter Knight; her infant daughter, Aaronica Thomas; a sister, Ray Cook; as well as Pauline Knight Stuart.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Feb. 27, at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 28, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with interment to follow at Thomas Cemetery in Bush.
