Viola Joan Vince, a resident of Bogalusa, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022, at the age of 72.

Viola is survived by her mother, Doris Alsobrooks McClain, and one brother, William H. “Billy” Knight Jr. She was preceded in death by her father, William Knight; grandparents, Will and Viola Alsobrooks; her great-grandparents, Harrison Lamar and Loise Kennedy Knight; a brother, Donald Wayne Knight; a sister, Lavida Diane Williams Nobles; and one daughter, Melissa Hartzog.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date, with Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
