Bowling Green tops Silliman

Bowling Green School’s Lady Buccaneers defeated Silliman, 39-28, in a home game that was held on Friday.

Chloe Bertrand led Bowling Green in points with 16. Bertrand made all eight of her free throws and the team went 13-of-16 (81.2 percent) from the line. Bertrand also grabbed three rebounds and made two steals.

Bailey Devall posted 10 points that included a 3-pointer to go with five boards, an assist and two steals. She made all three of her free throws.

Bridget Devall recorded six points on 3-of-4 from the field.

K.K. Seal tallied three points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Hope Crowe had three points on a 3-pointer and two assists.

Anna Claire Crowe tallied a point and a rebound.

Claire Wascom posted eight boards, an assist and a steal, while Peyton Dupuy had a rebound.

Bowling Green will be back in action on Thursday, Feb. 3 with a home game against Brookhaven Academy.
