Betty was born Sept. 16, 1952 in New Orleans, to Mr. Willie and Wilda Anthony. She was the oldest of nine children.

Sis. Betty Ann accepted Christ as her lord and savior; she was tremendously blessed with a special gift of singing the Gospel for the Lord.

On Oct. 12, 1969, Betty Ann was united to her beloved husband, the late Mr. Bonnie Ray Robinson, and to this union five children were born.

Betty was a devoted church member of Full Vision Holy Temple under the leadership of her son, pastor Kendrick Robinson Sr., in Franklinton.

Betty leaves to cherish her loving memories: five sons, Michael Robinson, Lovell Robinson, Kendrick (Terry) Robinson, Steven Robinson and Isiah Robinson, all of Franklinton; two grandchildren, Kendrick Robinson Jr. and A’Laiya Robinson, both of Franklinton; her mother, Mrs. Wilda Anthony of New Orleans; five sisters, Wilda Faye (Charles) Cooley, Barbara (Donny) Williams and Patricia Jiles, all of New Orleans, and Sandranett (Ervin) Whitaker and Corinthia (James) Files, both of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Willie Anthony II of Austin, Texas, and Lionel Anthony of New Orleans; and a host of aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bonnie Ray Robinson; her father, Pat Crain and Willie Anthony; and one brother, Michael Anthony.
