Ora Lee Sartin Bickham, of Bogalusa, passed away Dec. 15, 2021, at Our Lady of the Angels. She was born Nov. 5, 1936, to Jacob Sartin Sr. and Ordean Sibley Sartin Wells. She was the mother of Beverly Bickham Cotton and Willie Roy Bickham of Bogalusa. Besides her children, she leaves to cherish her memories: children she reared, Raye Diamond Hudson, Dewon Berry and Deroldi Bickham; grandchildren she adored, Darren Bickham, Donell Bickham, Kosha Cotton, Travis Ladner, Keyondra Bickham and Keyon Cotton; and three brothers, Lenell Sartin, Jerry Wells and Roger Wells.

Ora was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob Sartin Sr. and Ordean Sibley Sartin Wells; her husband, Willie J. Bickham; son, Anthony Ray Cotton; and six brothers, Jacob Sartin Jr., Joseph Sartin, Charles Sartin, Attie Sartin, James Sibley and Richard Wells.

A drive-through viewing will be held on Monday, Dec. 20, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Bogalusa at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Douglas E. Hart officiating. Interment will follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
