On Sunday, Dec. 5, at approximately 8:20 p.m., the Mississippi Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash on Highway 43 North in Pearl River County, Miss., according to Corp. Cal Robertson of the MHP.

Robertson said that a 2001 GMC Yukon driven by Emerson Moses, 43, of Franklinton, traveled north on Highway 43 when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned. Moses received fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead on the scene.

This crash remains under investigation by the MHP.
