Football Offensive Player of the Week
Grayson McCall, Coastal Carolina
(RS So., QB – Indian Trail, N.C.)

Chanticleer redshirt sophomore quarterback Grayson McCall returned from an upper-body injury and connected on 22-of-28 passes for 319 yards and a program-record five touchdowns. The Indian Trail, N.C., native propelled Coastal Carolina to a 35-21 win over Texas State, adding 53 yards on 12 carries on the ground. McCall has now thrown for 250-or-more yards five times this season and 10 times in his career. The second-year starter threw touchdown passes to four different receivers in his return, including four to seniors on Senior Day.

Football Defensive Player of the Week
Chauncey Manac, Louisiana
(RS Sr., LB – Homerville, Ga.)

Louisiana redshirt senior linebacker Chauncey Manac tied a program record with 4.0 sacks in the Ragin’ Cajuns 42-14 victory at Liberty. The Homerville, Ga., product is one of just four players in the nation that have recorded 4.0 sacks in a single game this season and is now tied for 17th nationally with 8.5 sacks on the year. Manac also recorded six tackles and 4.5 tackles for loss, accumulating 45 tackle for loss yards, as the Ragin’ Cajuns snapped Liberty’s 15-game home winning streak.

Football Special Teams Player of the Week
Dalen Cambre, Louisiana
(RS Fr., WR – Lafayette, La.)

Ragin’ Cajuns redshirt freshman wide receiver Dalen Cambre scored the first touchdown of his collegiate career on special teams. With 9:06 remaining in the second quarter, Cambre came off the edge and scooped a bouncing ball off the turf, taking Liberty’s fumbled punt attempt 26 yards to the house. The touchdown gave Louisiana a 21-point advantage and proved to be the game-winner in a 42-14 win that extended the Ragin’ Cajuns program-record winning streak to 10 games.
