Ellis A.J. Weary was a faithful husband, father, and respected friend to many people. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retiree from LAX International Airport in Los Angeles, Calif. After retirement, he relocated to Bogalusa. He transitioned on Oct. 18, 2021.

A public drive-through viewing will be held at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa on Friday, Oct. 29, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 30, at 11 a.m. at New Beginnings Ministries on 62075 Seal Road in Angie. Interment will be at Moses Cemetery in Varnado.
