On Oct. 14, 2021, Mrs. Sharon R. Williams passed away at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.

She is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, Mr. Delos Williams; two daughters, Ellen (John) Bernhardt and Elaine (Ellery) Wheat; three grandchildren, Colby Wheat, Justin Wheat and Danielle Bernhardt; seven great-grandchildren, Julie, Isabella and Annabeth Wheat, Vaiden and Ashton Bernhardt, and Hunter and McKenzie Wheat; and one sister-in-law, Emily Richardson.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, Prentiss “Pete” and Melvina “Teta” Richardson; and two brothers, Lawrence “Pee Wee” Richardson and Donald “Don” Richardson.

Brown-McGehee Funeral Home was entrusted with all final arrangements. Visitation will start Saturday, Oct. 17, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. The funeral service will be on Monday, Oct. 18, at 11 a.m. Interment will immediately follow at Williams Cemetery in Franklinton. Pallbearers will be Colby Wheat, Justin Wheat, Roland “Bubby” Richardson, Donald Richardson, Lance Richardson, Dalton Richardson and Dylan Richardson.
