Officials are keeping an eye on Tropical Depression Grace, but the current path shows it will mostly miss the United States.

According to information from the Weather Forecast Office in New Orleans/Baton Rouge, the depression is expected to move into the Caribbean and into the Gulf of Mexico by the end of the week.

As of Monday, the depression was moving west at 15 mph.

Officials said that it is too soon to say whether this system will have any impact on the northern Gulf Coast region. They urge citizens to continue to monitor the forecast system and be sure they are getting their information from reliable sources.
